Jim Schenning

James W. Schenning of Springfield died October 29. Born January 11, 1955, he was 54, a Wisconsin native and a lover of the earth and nature. He leaves to cherish his memories fiancée Karen; former wife Barbara; two daughters Elizabeth and Julia; dogs Dr. Zeuss, Xena and Thor Loser; and a host of relatives and friends. “There is no greater love than this – that a man should lay down his life for his friends.”

Brian Manny

Brian D. Manny, 45, of Fairborn, formerly of Yellow Springs, passed away Thursday, October 22. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Manny. Brian is survived by his mother, Mildred (Mitzi) A. Manny and his brothers Robert F. Manny (and Clara) and Bruce A. Manny (and Jodi). A memorial service will be held in January.

Memorial reception for Virginia Bush

A reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the home of John and Eliza Bush, 215 North Walnut Street, to remember Virginia Bush, who died September 29 of this year.
