That’s some long hare
Aamil Wagner, 5, and Hailey Qualls, 7, searched for candy-filled eggs hidden throughout Gaunt Park at the 5th annual Community Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Central Chapel A.M.E. Church in Yellow Springs Saturday. Over 70 local children participated this year, moving swiftly, with their baskets and bags in tow, over the grassy hill as soon as they heard the signal to “start” at 2 p.m. Even the Easter Bunny came out to Gaunt Park to get in on the fun. A word of advice to egg-hunting children next year: come early and wear your good running shoes, because this year’s egg hunt ended in less than 15 minutes.
