Last Saturday’s Fall Street Fair, sponsored by the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce, drew thousands of visitors to town on a brilliant autumn day for food, shopping and live music. Above, Barack Obama's likeness made a surprise appearance at the Greene County Democratic Party booth surrounded by Kate Levesconte, left, Laurie Dewey and Shirl Levesconte.
Massage therapists Keri Speck and Amy Spurr offered welcome relief to weary Street Fair-goers at their booth on Xenia Avenue in front of the Emporium. Below left, from left, are Luciana Lieff and her children, Wolf and Stella, all from Yellow Springs, enjoyed the day. Below right, Yellow Springs High School students Hollister Fitch and Anna Carlson hosted a sand painting booth to raise money for their class.

Top, Anna Bellisari offered smiles and pamphlets about the Yellow Springs Senior Citizens Center while surrounded by balloons;
Left, Jennifer Float of the NOLAA Gallery in Kings Yard, who exhibited her own paintings.
