| This week the local art
fairies, otherwise known as Corrine Bayraktaroglu, left, and Nancy
Mellon, were caught adding to their knitted art project on the Knit-Knot
Tree in front of the Emporium. The women invite others to add knitting
to the tree, on which art surprises will be hung at this Friday’s
Fling in the Springs, to take place downtown from 6 to 9 p.m. Participants
may find other art surprises downtown on Friday night, which they
are encouraged to take home. |
