Water Immersion project crests with gala

Last Wednesday, Jan. 31, hundreds of parents, students, teachers and community members converged on Antioch University McGregor for the “Water Gala,” the grand finale of the Yellow Springs High School/McKinney School Water Immersion project. The event featured the YSHS Theater Arts group, above, performing selections from ‘Urinetown’ in the National City auditorium. It also featured a wide array of activities, including dances, original music, a quiz show, poetry, art displays, and a tap water challenge.
