| Villagers spent last weekend both celebrating
the holiday season and expressing their concerns about the war in
Iraq. On top, Brendon Deal made cranberry bongle hangers in the window
of Deaton’s Do It Best Hardware, one of several window artists
who took part in Holiday in the Village. Center, Zach Anderson shared
his Christmas dreams with Santa at the Little Art Theatre. Bottom,
Norah Byrnes and her canine friend were united in their opposition
to the war during the weekly noon peace vigil on Xenia Avenue. |
