Margaret Price

Margaret E. Price of Yellow Springs died Friday, June 30. She was 92. Margaret was born Sept. 26, 1913, in Stark County, Ohio, the daughter of John and Verba (Wherley) Geyer.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother and wonderful friend. She enjoyed needlework and gardening and was an avid traveler.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph; and brother, George Geyer.

She is survived by her children, Steve and Charlotte Price of Yellow Springs and Joe and Donna Price of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandchildren, Amanda and Adam Schommer, Andrew Price and Douglas Price, all of Yellow Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Jean Geyer of Dover, Ohio; and sister Ruth McMillen of North Canton, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 12, in the Glen Forest Cemetery, Yellow Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements are in care of the Jackson Lytle & Williams Funeral Home, Yellow Springs.

Lola McWilliams

Lola June McWilliams of Xenia died Saturday, July 1, at the Kettering Medical Center. She was born July 7, 1928, in Jonesville, Va., the daughter of Bradley and Grace Combs Daugherty.

She was preceded in death by the father of her children, George C. McWilliams.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, G. Michael and Mary Lou McWilliams, of Bellbrook, Gary B. and Gina McWilliams of Baltimore, Md., and Jeff A. McWilliams of Yellow Springs; two grandchildren, Dia Sanders and Brad McWilliams, three great-grandchildren, Gavin Sanders, Raegan Sanders, and Grant McWilliams, and a brother, Brad Daugherty, of Palm Desert, Calif.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or to a favorite charity. Neeld Funeral Home is in charge of services.

Gladys Snider

Gladys M. Snider died Monday, June 26, in Greene Oaks Health Center, Xenia. She was 98.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 1, in Glen Forest Cemetery.
