Members
of the Yellow Springs High School Class of 2005 received their diplomas
during commencement ceremonies last Thursday in the school gym.
Darcy Hennessy, above, waved to the crowd after receiving her diploma.
Martin Bakari, photo below left, sang “Daughters” by
John Mayer. Seiko Yamashita, photo below right, Evin Wimberly and
Julia Swisher cheered at the conclusion of the ceremony. The event
had one unexpected moment when a 16-year-old from Dayton streaked
through the gym.
